CAWM2025 will take place from October 3-5, 2025, in Canmore, Alberta, at the Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Center as well as streaming virtually.

The conference will include lectures from both faculty and students, a keynote speaker, in-person and hybrid workshops, panel discussions, and social events! If you cannot attend in person, no problem! The entire conference will stream online with live Q&A available for virtual attendees to participate.

This conference will be presented in person and virtually in English.

In-person registration spaces are limited. Virtual registration has unlimited spaces.

Virtual attendants may still register for in-person workshops and social events if they plan to attend them in-person.

There are NO REFUNDS permitted after September 17, 2025. The deadline to switch between in-person and virtual is September 22, 2025.
