CAWM 2025 Certification

Fill out the form below to receive your CME or attendance certificates for CAWM2025.

• Physicians can receive CME certificates for the College of Family Physicians of Canada, and FAWM Credits from the Wilderness Medical Society (WMS). Resident physicians can also receive FAWM credits.
• Paramedics in BC and Alberta can receive CE certificates under BC Paramedics or AB Paramedics
• Paramedics residing in other provinces, or other non-physician medical professionals can receive general CME certificates which can be submitted to your professional college accordingly (e.g. nurses, PA's) and/or FAWM credits from the Wilderness Medical Society (WMS).
• Volunteers and students/residents can receive proof of attendance certificates.
