This workshop will introduce the Cunningham, Stimson and Boss-Holzach-Matter Shoulder Dislocation Reduction Techniques for use in prehospital wilderness settings.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1. Describe and practice reducing an anterior shoulder dislocation using the Cunningham Technique
2. Describe reducing an anterior shoulder dislocation using the Stimson Technique
3. Describe reducing an anterior shoulder dislocation using the Boss-Holzach-Matter Technique (aka – seated self-reduction or Duke technique)
4. Discuss contraindications to using the Cunningham, Stimson or Boss-Holzach-Matter Technique.
